The problem

Benchmark’s old site couldn’t do the work the product deserved. The catalog was hard to browse, the visuals didn’t show what each ring actually looked like in three dimensions, and customers couldn’t easily find a retailer near them that carried what they wanted. People who wanted to spend money were turning away.

The solution

We worked closely with Benchmark’s in-house designers to build a custom catalog. Every ring gets a 360° video so a buyer sees it the way they would on a hand. Search and filter by color, gemstone, material, or other factors. Find the nearest retailer in one click — or purchase directly through a custom Shopify integration we wired in.
